Connektions is a custom sewing brand that creates 1/1 pieces of wearable art. Every Connektions piece is handmade and sewn by Hunter Yee. My mission is to create unique and well-crafted pieces for people to enjoy for years. The name Connektions came from my father always telling me that business is all about the connections you make. "It's not about what you know, but who you know."
A portion of the materials I use for my sewing are upcycled and come from second-hand stores such as thrift or vintage stores. Upcycling is the process of taking fabric that is already used and utilizing it to make something brand new.
Americans generate over 16 million tons of textile waste a year! To fight against clothing ending up in landfills, Connektions creates durable and upcycled clothing made to last for years.
